Shipping & returns
Everything you need to know about receiving and returning your order.
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping
Complimentary on orders over $100. Orders below $100 are charged a flat $8 shipping fee. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.
Express shipping
Express delivery is available for $18. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to return
- Contact our client care team with your order number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the supplied return label and drop the parcel at the stated carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
